Recently replaced hard drive and Windows XP...?
Everything is working again very well, but my windows and internet windows are all screwed up. The windows do not move smoothly anymore and the side scroll bar is very slow and jerky. Did I miss an important driver or just a setting?

Reinstall your XP after easing your hard-drive. Then load your video driver. Stop: do not do more. Reboot your machine and setup your video for your machine. and reboot again. check your setup, with a solitaire game. Check for smoothness of operation and appearance. If everything is OK; then load your other programs, remember to reboot if called for. Might take a little long but it will save you headaches.

You do not need any driver for new hard drive. You need to clean your computer a bit, because you probably have so much history there.
