Question for high schoolers about Vegetarianism.?

Absolutely none of my friends are veg*ns. None. It can be quite a pain when that's what for dinner at their house, or the constant teasing.

But it's worth it.

In highschool (late 90s) there are maybe two others in my class of 130 (very rural small town). In university about 50% of my friends were vegetarian or vegan. That's probably a lot more than average but I interacted a lot with the environmental society and the Indian community where vegetarian ideas are much more prevelant.

I don't have any vegetarian friends sadly. Though I do know of a vegetarian guy at my school. We are in the same class but the fact were both vegetarians didn't spark a friendship.

Very few of my friends in high school were vegetarians. Same with college. However, I have friends in the Indian community, and it's rare to find someone who isn't a vegetarian. Oh, and I was in high school and college in this decade, I just graduated college!

Well im in Australia, i went vegetarian when i was 12 and i was basically the only one, when i got into highschool there was only 1 other girl i knew who was, i did convert a few people in the years but they all went back to meat eventually lol/

Now im a raw vegan! :)

Just me i don't know any other vegetarians or vegans that went to high school with me (I graduated in 07') now i'm in college and still nothin.
