how can i tell if i ovulated ? clomid cycle 50 mg ?

i got a period exactly 16 days from expected ovulation so obgyn thinks i did but i ? it becuz i started natural progestorone cream to support pregnancy as a precaution but now i dont know if period was induced with cream or natural from ovulation ! normally with cream i start bleeding 4 days later so its not normal to bleed 16 days later .

    When you ovulate you generally discharge a small amount of mucus. That's how I always tell...

    i normally get some cramping on the side i ovulate with on my ovary and i get a glob of discharge.
