Do pilates really help tone your abs?

I did them for a week straight now I have kinda gotten lazy. I really wanna tone up my abs though. They're looking kinda flabby.

Yes. Pilates is the BEST thing you can use to tone your abs up. It's definitely hard, but just keep with it! I actually saw results within about two weeks! I got lazy, too, and now my abs aren't toned, but I am going to start pilates again. I promise you it's the best thing for them. I've done many pilates videos and the best ones I have found are the Method series by Jennifer Kries. She has an annoying voice, but she's very, very good at explaining how to breathe and how to do each move. Windsor Pilates are good, but not as affective as her series. Good luck and keep going! You will be so happy that you did.

It's going to take about 6 weeks to make any changes in your muscle tone. Fat loss will make you look more defined, but muscle development takes about 6 weeks
