Another pela for help removing Malware?

I am in Canada. I paid $75 for someone to remove spyware/malware from my computer over the phone - spent 45 minutes at it, paid, but still have the same malware. I use F-Secure, which is free through my internet provider, Cogeco. I am scared to download other spyware removal etc. in case I "screw something up." Here are the Malware/s (I dont have a lexmark printer anyway). Thanks a million !!

Do you have roadrunner available ? I got malware about three months ago, it is hellish, if you have time warner road runner, you can call them and they will get their security to take it off, if you don't have them, I would recommend them, if not change your subscription to another carrier, often spyware is malware posing as spyware, it almost drove me bonkers, I would get rid of my computer before I put up with it each day. Good luck to you, and don't be so eager to download anything that is not trustworthy, no matter where or who it is from, they appear in your bottom tray and say your downloads are ready, but no identity, people send you stuff

and sometime it will come like that.

go to http://www.download.com/ and download "Spybot - Search & Destroy". Install the software, update it, then scan. This should fix it. Another software you can trust and use for free is Adaware wich is also found at download.com.

You really dont have to worry about tracking cookies. They are harmless.

    I use Spybot ( www.safer-networking.org ). It works great and it's free.
