I used it recently and really didn't like it! It made my hair feel really waxy and ACTUALLY weighed my hair down!
I have thick hair, that is layered, so... their claim that 'using more of the product is better' did not go over well with my hair at all.
I switched back to my John Freida shampoo and conditioner.
You can test drive the product just to see how it will work on your hair. I suggest you call in your order, not order it online. The number for customer service, where you can order the product, is on their website. They ask you a series of questions to personalize your order if you call (i.e. if you have oily or thin hair you can switch to the cucumber conditioner).
Pros:
1. You get a 'free' comb and texturing balm ('free' is code for 'included in shipping') ;)
2. Some money back if you return it within 60 days. Keep your box.
Cons:
1. It made my hair waxy
2. They claim it is 'less shipping' to send the items back, but it cost me $7.96 to ship back and $5 to order.
3. With my hair, their claim 'using more of the product is better' was not true because it weighed my hair down (I tried washing it out several times in one day over the month!)
4. It takes up to SIX WEEKS for a refund to be credited to your account!
Good Luck!

I have tried Wen in my hair, I loved it so much that I got it for my daughter. My daughter had colored her hair black which is the hardest color to get out. After trying to strip her hair she got it to lighten up but not to the color wanted. She waited 3 months and went back to get highlights. Her hair was so damaged that her hair stylist warned her not to do, being 26 and wanting her hair to look the way she wanted it to she did it anyway. Her hair was so damaged that it was breaking. I ordered Wen for her and her hair is looking much better. I would suggest you get not only the regular Wen but the SixThirteen bottle also.they runs specials all the time on the infomercials. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Yah, I have. They are really good and they make your hair shiny and sift without any products. The only problem I have found is that it's a bit hard to straighten your hair with a flat iron after washing it and even harder the next day because it gets all wierd. Alone with no flat iron it's good though. I'd give it a 9/10.
