would you pay 65 or 70 if developers would actually put time into their ps3 versions of multiplatform games?

no because there is no need i don't feel that i'm getting ripped off or getting a second rate hand-me-down game from the xbox 360. i still think each of these games like GTA4 are really good. developers spend a lot of time and effort into making video games, and i don't want them to work even harder for something they don't need. i guess you really can't appreciate what developers do to make a game great. besides, i'm trying to scrape up enough money for 1 $60 game

Yes if they actually put time into making it for the PS3 and not porting it over then I would buy more of them. When the game on the PS3 has worse graphics than the 360 then there is a problem. I understand that the PS3 has a different processor and that probably means that the coding has to be different but not fully using the processor(s) sounds stupid to me. Other than COD4:MW I have bought only PS3 exclusives and will continue to until the multiplatformers change.

I wouldn't say developers a lazy, sometimes there just isn't enough time and they end up putting out pieces of ****. That or they aren't as smart as they think they are and are just too incompetent to develop for the PS3.

But I have no problem paying for what I know it is a quality game. I bought the special editions of GTAIV and MGS4 because I knew these weren't rushed products. They took their time with these games, even delayed them because they weren't ready. And I'll be getting the collector edition of Resistance 2 because of Insomniac's previous PS3 games were high quality.

When it comes to new IP and multiplat games a little patience helps. You dont have to get everything the day it comes out. Wait for the review and what to hear what others say if you aren't sure. Better yet try a demo or rent it. I've saved hundereds of dollars buy playing demos or renting games I thought looked good, but really were crap.

no because all of the good multiplatform games are made by high quality developers which put a lot of time in each of the 3 or 4 platforms they make.

Hell no! I pay enough for a game. They need to start taking time. One ps3 game just announced multiplatform, Tekken 6 (still infuriated), should be better on ps3 just becuase it was based on the technology. Although, I am sick of lazy developers. It is their fault, we shouldn't have to pay more. We already don't get enough bang for our buck.

I agree... I would NEVER pay that much for a game unless it was damn good and never ending.
