Has anyone ever tried acupuncture for there neck pain or tempermandibular (TMJ) pain?

I just made an appointment with the acupuncturist for my first treatment. I want to know how successful it is at working and is anyone suffering from anyone of these conditions....

I had chronic neck pain and back pain..24/7....complained to doctors for years that I felt like my neck was going to crack into pieces couldn't hold my head....chronic shoulder spasm, pain, etc. ...to the point of loosing my sanity!!! and my life!!! well, after 10 years of pain killers and physical therapy...I decided to try alternative medicine....I have been doing acupunture for about 2 years, yoga, bellydancing, vitamins, change diet and active lifestyle...more rest time..!! and the PAIN OF 10 YEARS has eased 75%

The ACUPUNCTURE works but it must be consistent for a long period of time....and it should be accompained by drastic lifestyle changes!!!
