I am self employed, as a tax consultant for the general public and I have health care.

What is free health care? Where does the money come from? Do you think there is a money tree out behind the capitol that can be just harvested? I work in a physician's office and we see people who can afford to smoke 2 packs a day, but can't "afford" insurance. A couple that smokes, can "smoke" over $500 a month. Whatever happened to personal responsiblity?

I'm white and if I vote for McCain, I'm labeled a racist, but I don't care for Obama because he doesn't have the poliical experience and he keep changing his mind on the issues whenever he is challenged on something. I have health care because I planned for it years ago. If people took more responsibility for themselves instead of blaming government, there wouldn't be such a massive problem. Problem is, people wait until the last minute to do everything then blame government when it falls in on them. This country is in bad shape because the Republican president had to come in and try to fix what was left to him from the democratic party before him. And he was doing fine that first year until we got a democratic house and we started going to hell again. We wouldnt have to have a real estate buy back program if the dem's hadnt allowed the mortgage companies to have free reign on ripping off illegal immigrants. And are you also aware that Obama signed the bill for the wire tapping law? Obama was partly responsible for your loss of privacy. Someday people will wake up to whats going on - unfrotunately, by then, it will be too late.

I didn't have health care when I worked in retail while I was in college. I woudn't have voted for Obama back then and I wouldn't today.

There are no benefits from free or subsidized health care. You just need to broaden your perspective to understand what kind of damage this would cause to the health care industry, the economy, and patients in general.

I'm not one of those but my family is low-income. We can't afford to anything. The bills are waaaaaayyyy more expensive than they used to be so we had to cut down on a lot of things like the cable, internet speed, calling range on the phone and text messaging. We can't buy the name brand products at the store unless they are on sale. We can't have meat either.

I would probably go for Obama. I'm sick of the republicans and all their crap.
