Hot water but no central heating - help please?
Hi - I have no CH, but I have HW
Recently had the silver box and pump changed as well as the back boiler - pilot light is on.
Thermostat is at 25.
Pipes are hot in cuboard with cylinder - but rads / pipes are freezing.
Have changed the silver box in cuboard from Auto to manual but nothing has changed.
Please help!! Its cold!
It worked slightly last night on one radiator but not all of them.

1.You may need to bleed air from the radiators
2. set box back to auto
3. Get assistant to change thermostat to 0 then 25 every 20 seconds or so and listen for noise at diverter valve to confirm it works
4. Has heating worked since pump and valve replaced?, possible wiring fault during maintenance.
