Spiritually speaking what are your thoughts on Connecticut legalizing gay marriages?
Do you believe that the decision that the Connecticut Supreme Court made to legalize gay marriages is ethical or not ethical?
So far it is California, Massachusetts and Connecticut that has made this legal.

Ethical! I have a gay friend who started crying of joy when he heard it. And he doesn't even live in the US!...I'm very happy for them! :-D
Only 47 states to go....But I will probably be dead by the time that the bigots have nothing to say anymore :(

This purely exhibits the sign of the tip situations. undergo in techniques Katrina? purely watch San Francisco, Katrina became into not something while in comparison with what is going to happen in California and the quickly coming earthquakes. possibly all gays will flow there. it may be an appropriate community for them. purely shop it in California. i've got confidence that gays have a top to chosen their existence-style and stay with the outcomes as lengthy as they don't impose it on others. Spiritually talking, purely ask God, i'm not the choose. .

The State has no spirituality. The state will grant 'non profit' status to devil worshippers. They will 'marry' anyone. They get to tax them now too. Marriage licenses, jurisdiction over contracts, divorce fees, court fees for divorces, division of property, etc. The State can perform all the 'civil unions' they want to.
But a Marriage, as in 'holy matrimony' is God's province. As in, 'let no man put asunder what God has put together'. Marriage, biblical, is between a man and a woman.
Been that way for thousands of years.

Good for CT!!! I would spell Connecticut out, but I have never been good at spelling. I only hope my own home state of Arizona drops Prop 102 like a hot potato, just like last time they stuck this absurd proposal on the ballot.

I hope they all legalise it to be honest, just to get back at the biggots of which there are too many, especially amongst the Christian Taleban, but also to give gay people some sort of recognition of their relationships.
This is such a non-issue compared with what is going on in the world at the moment what with all the financial chaos for one thing.

On a state and federal level it may seem right, but spiritually, it doesn't hold water.

Spiritually speaking, what two consenting adults decide to do with their lives is none of my business. In my opinion, everyone deserves happiness in life. It's not my place to judge if it is ethical or not ethical.

If they love each other, let them do what they want. If people kept their minds out of other peoples bedrooms, this would not even be up for debate. The ethics of this are leave people alone.

i think it proves that single people are discriminated against as they have to pay higher taxes

Good for them! In time it will be every State that accepts the marriage of two people who love each other, no matter what their sexual preference.
When the hate and prejudice leaves, only love is left. THAT is when things will change for the better.
