There is no such thing as "indie" art.
The first is just a collage. A badly photoshopped collage with lots of filters and crap. The second is just illustrative.
I recommend looking at real art, lady, like Baldessari.

I'm sorry I don't remember the term for this kind of work. The first one appears to be a digital art piece with political overtones. The second seems to be more of a graphic art style.
In fact, this question intrigued me for two reasons.
The first reason is that I was recently reading how the second type of work you inquired about is becoming increasingly popular. Hence, making it real, people are talking about it. Unfortunately I cannot recall the term they were using to describe it, only the images.
The second reason is that I truly love art and I appreciate anyone who has interest in it. I found it sad that the only answer you had so far was so rude.
You clearly stated the you enjoyed these pieces. "C" disregarded that fact and proceeded to insult you and tell you to go look at REAL art.
Art is very subjective. The fact is that anything can be considered true art. The defining moment a piece of art becomes "real" is only when it is enjoyed by the viewer, or simply gets your wheels turning inspring new ideas.
There is one art piece entitled "No. 5" and it seems very reminicent of the pieces you are asking about. I would search that and see what you think.
Thank you for your interest in art as it is a vital part of our humanity. Your enjoyment of these pieces makes them real works of art and I'm sure the artist would love to know that you enjoy their work.
As the Velvetine Rabbit story goes it is only real if it s truly loved.
I signed up to answer your question because "C"s answer disgusted me.

My dad additionally thinks that relaxer is risky to the scalp and can get into the device interior the direction of the scalp. additionally, weird and wonderful that they inform you which you're a follower purely cuz you prefer a role or a motor vehicle.
