Who should I start today? Deuce McAllister or Felix Jones? Please help. Thanks!?

Neither one is going to be a reliable start. Both have seen substantial action some weeks and then put up goose eggs in others.

This week, Deuce has the better shot at getting a short-yardage TD since he's the goal line back and NO will undoubtedly move the ball against OAK. On the other hand, Dallas should put up 35+ points against AZ and Jones could very well put up 50 yards and a medium range score.

I'd make the decision based on how many points you think you need to win this week. If you're a big underdog, go with Jones b/c he's the more likely to put up a big number this week. If you think you need 6 points to give you a shot to win, start McAllister and hope he gets that goalline TD (or two).

I'd go with Deuce, mainly because Oakland can be run on a lot easier than Arizona. Bush will play more of a receiver role today, so Deuce should get a TD.
