I don't think this indicates he's not enjoying it, he's just concentrating on the sensuous pleasure you are providing.
If you really want to get his feedback, tell him before you start that he should let you know (during the bj) if there's anything he wants you to do differently.

In the middle of the act, get him to talk. Pause and ask him to tell you how it feels. If he doesn't want to talk, make him. Tell him you'll stop if he doesn't tell you.
