at least 3 times a week i jog and walk for an hour 2 or 3 months before the run by how many minutes can i lessen my time?

Depends. If you're walking, probably zero.
If you're jogging. You'll decrease your time by about one minute or so.
I just recently started this.
And within 2 or 3 weeks of steadily jogging, my mile decreased by about 1 minute...or 1 minute 30 seconds.
Now I'm up to 3 miles a day.
