This was the best I could find on legacies of the French Revolution. I can't locate a reference to any modern democratic rights that weren't pre-conveyed by other means, most notably the American Revolution.
"The French Revolution of 1789 gave birth to what soon came to be called "ideologies," a word that was first used during the French Revolution. An ideology is a defined doctrine about the best form of social and political organization... After 1789, no form of government could be accepted as legitimate without justification...
Among republicans, some preferred a government directed by the elite, whereas others, known as democratic republicans, advocated a more democratic structure. Many other self-conscious ideological alternatives arose during this era—nationalism, liberalism, socialism, and eventually communism—all as a result of, or in reaction to, the French Revolution."

What country are you in? In the U.S. there really isn't anything we trace back to the French Revolution because it came after our own, even the U.S. Constitution ratified before the French Revolution. If you're living in France then it's a much different story.

The french revolution was merely an echo of the American revolution, which was founded in later Age of Enlightenment ideals.
