Problem with my DV Panasonic Camera! ?

I have a problem with my DV Panasonic Camera. It was working fine while filming and my crew and I viewed the scenes we shot for out project. But on the same night, while I viewed it again, there were several blue bars across the scenes, and the sound was messed up. I put in a different tape to see if the tape was messed up but it happened again. How can I fix this? My project is due in a few days..

    The heads are dirty buy a cleaning cassette and follow directions

    connect the digicam and turn it on pass to start menu Open administration Panel change to classic view Open Scanners and cameras (double click the icon persist with the upload digicam wizard. OR look under the "different" component of My pc to substantiate the conenction and verify that the MM hasn't long gone incorrect and desires re-setting up. If abode windows can no longer discover the digicam then digicam or the cable are defective.
