Why is the media sweeping the Alaskan supreme court ruling on Sarah Palin?

really because I read the report which says

"In spite of that, Governor Palin’s firing of Commissioner Monegan was a proper and lawful exercise of her constitutional and statutory authority to hire and fire executive branch department heads."

What I find intriguing is the fact that she was found not guilty. Palin had the 'right' to fire and yet the reasoning is not sound enough living an avenue for a law suit - which may be pending and not discussed for legal reasons(?)

On another note, if her brother-in-law did what they, 'Palin" says, why was he not charged and arrested.

Logical thinking - blow me away... it was brushed under the carpet for unkown reasons and it matters not, only that it is an Alaskan Issue.

Her action is direct involvement whereas McCain and Obamas past actions are guilty by association - big differrence.

The Alaska Supreme Court had nothing to do with it. It was an investigative committee.

The media is leaving it alone because they know it's a loser. The trooper tasered kids, drove drunk while on duty, and made death threats.

Sarah is on the moral high ground, and the liberal media doesn't want that to come out.

She didn't break any law,,the obama supporters on the panel said she "misused" her powers
