Serious Blushing problem help?
Ok i used to normally blush when i would do like a presentation or stand up in front of people or get nervous but lately blushing is all i think about then when im talking to people or when i am even by myself i start blushing out of control in my head is like do not blush i try but i always end up blushing and i am 15 years old and when i mean out of control i mean when im talking to my friends even family when staring at mei start blushing it happens frequently these pass days.I just want to know this cannot be normal and what do i do
please help it also happen to be my latest reactions with my emotions when i am scared,happy ect..

Yes, the blushing seems to be your latest physical manifestation of psychological fear or anxiety which you feel when in social or work situations when you become the center of attention.
That behavior will tend to dissipate over time as you mature and become more socially adept.
Right now, you just seem to lack confidence. You may need to choose to accept the blushing as an aspect of your current behavioral set.
