What are the best Elvis movies and why ?

I have seen all of Elvis movies. His post army movies were not too hot with the exception of Blue Hawaii,Paradise Hawaiian Style,and of course the documentaries,Elvis on Tour, and That's The Way It Is. All of his pre-army movies from the 50s are just great but KING CREOLE is the top of the pile. Elvis Presley could really act if given the right script. Tom Parker and the Hollywood people gave him no credit and used his looks and singing.

My favorite is Speedway because it had a lot of my favorite NASCAR drivers at the time plus the gorgeous Nancy Sinatra!

My second favorite is Viva Las Vegas mainly because of Ann-Magret!

Jailhouse Rock cuz of the music and Flaming Star cuz he actually did some acting in that film.

Blue Hawaii, because it had nice music and great scenery in it

Also liked Charro where he playerd an indian it was a different role for him and let him act instead of singing so much

Blue Hawaii, my favorite cause he looked great and its got the song Rock-a-hula; which I loved! I had it on an old 45 of my aunt had given me.

out of all his movies that i've seen i like "viva las vegas" the most - great acting, great music, great storyline.
