My one and only serious question for today?

Would you stop and help a child in the street who seems to be in distress.

Of course , The other day whilst waiting for my daughter to get back from swimming at her school I had to intervene as some secondary school kids stealing the ball off an 8 year old, he is half there size and just looked completely bewildered as they ran around him. Thankfully thats the most distress I've seen for some time in a stranger.

I would like to but unfortunately with all the rules and regulations in the world now, you cant touch a child on the shoulder to comfort them without being branded a paedophile! Its ridiculous!

I heard that when a child falls over at school and scrapes his/her knee the teacher or whoever cannot touch that child without permission and certainly not alone! i think there are too many laws nowadays!

so in answer to your question, i would help a child if the laws changed coz id be too scared to touch the child without getting funny looks!
