Bad: nails on a chalkboard. oh it drives me crazy...

For the fear factor: rodents of any kind and heights. Rodents I can get around, heights make not only shivers go down my spine, but make the arches of my feet tingle and tighten up....
The way you gave in your example? The back of my neck is definitely my "zone". There are two other places but on here, I won't reveal that......
