What's wrong with asking the question?

I don't know. Nothings wrong with that question in my humble opinion, but you never know what goes through minds of the people in charge here. Sorry, and you got so many answers...that was just wrong for them to do that.

I think that's so funny obviously someone hated themselves enough that they found your question offensive. Yahoo doesn't even look at the questions before they delete them. They just automatically take them down. I think it's because some ppl do post some really obscene things and yahoo knows that whether they are supposed to be here or not there are young children on the website.

Yahoo is making it clear that this site is for knowledge and questions have to benefit the Yahoo community. Yahoo says it should be a knowledge seeking question that even years from now, people can learn from it. If you feel this question would be that, then appeal it and state good reasons why it's a knowledge seeking question. Remember, there is only one appeal now.

Well apparently you ruffled the wrong feathers. Those self haters wallow in their own self-pity and really don't have a good reason to dislike themselves in the first place. God forbid you make them own up. Don't let it bug ya, it wasn't yahoo that took it away, it was the complaint of a self-hating attention seeker.

I got a violation last week for something I had posted like 3 months ago. What was worse is that I got best answer for that question.

They probably thought it was a suicidal question...and removed it for that reason. Someone once asked how they should kill them self and the question was removed.

I asked a question the other day and it had received 60 questions. Y!A removed it so I was thinking, "ok, why did they do this to me?"

this may be removed also but i got many questions removed because someone who was reading the question got offended

I personally don't hate myself but that is stupid. There is nothing wrong with asking. You wanted to know why people had low self esteem. Is that a crime?

I don't understand this system. Why would they remove that? Petty people...
