Go to that link and you will see the Jonas brothers channel... My question is how get the design above the subscribe button. I see so many people with that on there's but i haven't figured it out. please help me. is it possible for me to do that?

I think you have to be something other than a normal youtuber:
1. Go to your channel/page
2. Click the yellow "Edit Channel" button
3. On the bottom of the page there's a "Channel Type" section. Next to it it should say "Youtuber" with a button that says "Change Channel Type." Click the button
4. A drop down menu should pop up. Select what you want to be and click "Update Channel."
