Is McCain getting mentally dull or is he just a bad speaker?

Update:

he seemed really antsy, with little grasp of anything but soundbites..that he just repeated over and over whether they were related to the question at hand or not.

    Don't want to bring the race card out but, he is awed. How could this be? Obama has clearly flustered him. It just can't be possible that he could be trailing a black man in a presidential election. Remember, he's old school. He's thinking is back in the day. Keep in mind this is a man who voted against MLK Birthday as a holiday in his state.
