Do you ever sometimes just get a feeling of dread deep in the pit of your stomach?

What do you do to get rid of it? Does the "feeling" ever actually mean anything?

Update:

Awww, Lorie, I am very sorry for your losses! *hugs*

that would be anxiety. Deal with whatever is bugging you, head on-- trying to ignore or hide anxious feelings often gives this 'deep dread' feeling.

Good luck, things will look up eventually! :)

Well lately yes especially because in one month I lost 2 people I loved very much and that makes me think what else is going to happen next ,I know that's life but still it makes me feel so out of control at times I guess we really do not have control of anything in the long run and have to expect that we are not running the show the guy upstairs is and we just have to learn to deal with it !

Sometimes it means something. I just deal with it until it eventually goes away =(

Yup, right when I enter theology and math class. :)

It usually stays with me until I finish homework or a test

Maybe you need to eat something. Or it could be gas.
