honey, you are living with your parents at 18 and of course you can go with them, your kids and all. absolutely. regardless if their estranged father remains behind. in these cases, what is best for the minor children...and that apparently is under your parents roof. have a safe trip

what does your court ordered custody agreement say?

don't have one? them move with your parents.

    edit to your edit:

does your order specify that you are not allowed to move?

If it does not then you only have to inform him that it is happening. If he isn't using his visitation and he isn't paying child support then the court won't take him seriously if he tries to stop you.

If he's not exercising his rights as a parent, then you may want to look into terminating his rights so he can't cause problems for you later. it's a drastic step and should only be used if necessary.

Go girl go! You are 18 so you don't need your parents permission. The only thing that would hold you back a court order preventing you from leaving the state.

Legally, you need permission from the mother or father before you leave the state with the kids.

you should go to court and fight for full custity of ur children then you dont need his permision if he has nothing to do with the kids then it should be easy to get full custity aslong as your a good parent and also it might depend on how old the kids and the father too.

Michigan has good schools. You should go to one before you even think about moving.

I think you could go your at age now and if you think that is best for you and your children.

you can't leave the state without his permission. if you take it to court, you can see what the judge says, but besides that you won't be able to leave.sorry
