Is Patrick Swazey dead?
Hi guys, I watch the Dirty dancing programme on sky tv where a group of British kids try to win being the Johnny and Baby, a female judge on the show was in the film, she got tearful when a couple danced a certain dance, and what I remember she said something like u have done Patrick proud.
Did Patrick die? if so how, when and why did he died, if he has died, we may have another outbreak like Elvis although not as big,
My wife and I love the film, its a film we watch over and over and never get tired of it.

No, he's not dead, he's suffering from pancreatic cancer. He's supposedly making good progress though, so he should get better.

no he is alive and somewhat well
he has cancer, lung cancer I think, and its pretty bad
but hopefully he makes it
i am a big fan of him have been sense I was a little kid
yeah it will be something like Elvis but nowhere as big maybe more Marilyn Monroe then Elvis dont know could be tiny could be huge hopefully it doesnt happen or happens a long long time from now

No he's not dead, he has been ill I believe its cancer but last heard to be doing well and rumours of a film

She was emotional because he sang that song they were dancing to (She's Like The Wind). She obviously adores Patrick and is upset because he has been so ill. He is still with us though.

No he's fightng a battle with cancer as we speak, as far as i know or hear is that he has a very good chance of recovery.. So good luck to Patrick Swayze and may God be on his side.

no he is not dead he had cancer and he was very sick but thankfully he has pulled through and is recovering and doing ok now

No, he's had pancreatic cancer since about march or something, but apparently he's doing better.

O yes I think he did die. Well I know he was very poorly, I think he had cancer. Youve got me thinking now! It was on the news about him a coupla months ago but I carnt remember if it was saying he was ill or he had in fact passed away. Google it Jimmy!

on wikipedia it says he isn't but he was diagnosed with cancer this year :(
