My Yahoo mail hasn't worked in three days - what's up?

Hi i had this problem 2 weeks ago and i am still not able to access my yahoo email from the home page after email them i never recieved any answers from them i asked the question here and i now access my e mail from here.

Yes lots of people had similar problems , The complaints on here over the last few days have been numerous, The problem appears tp be at Yahoo or servers, Not a lot you can do . People have different ideas of problem , Some say it is the IP address , I get round it by using Hotmail instead, Its better, Mind you it seems a bit better today Still slow but not as bad ,

It seems to work with my work laptop on my virgin media connection, think it is something to do with Vista Service Pack 1 as I reinstalled and it worked until I installed the service pack. Wish I looked it up on here and realised it was a common problem before and I would have saved myself a few hours!

According to the customer services line (0870 3522000) theres a problem affecting Virgin Media and Telewest customers, which Yahoo are giving top priority too....just wish they'd hurry up!

I don't think I have that problem...but if lots of others do it has to something with yahoo obviously. I am sure they will fix the problem soon. Isn't there a way you can contact them about it?

this is a massive problem i have friends in america and they are having the same problem's just wish i could get in as ive work emails i really need. so it doesnt just seem to be this country. fingers crossed it gets sorted asap, Ive tried everything to get into it. but my mate has btyahoo and he get's into his no problems at all.

I've been using the basic http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/login but this doesn't seem to allow you to attach files. Does anyone have any updates and/or advice on this problem? I rely on my email for work so it's causing me some serious stress! :-(

Problem is under investigation apparently. been happening to a lot of us ( seems mainly virgin customers)
