Does IOP fluctuate throughout the day?
In glaucoma, lets say the pressure gets high, will it stay high, or will it fluctuate through the day. I have congenital glaucoma and my eyes have been feeling like the pressure is high, but whenever I get them tested, it's always within normal range.

Yes it does, it also changes with posture, breathing, etc.
Many factors affect IOP but your optician will know that and take these things into account when discussing it with you. It is highest in the morning so you are best to have your eye exam as early as possible.
Unless your IOP gets very high, we're talking over 30mmHg then you would not notice any discomfort so, the "pressure" you are experiencing is more likely to be eyestrain, the muscles around your eye feeling tired.
