Quel vin me conseillez vous pour servir avec un Jambalaya ?

    il y a du jambon cuit et du chorizo en rondelles je te conseille plutôt de choisir un vin de Bourgogne rouge.

    c'est un plat un peu relevé et plutôt convivial , je choisirai un vin blanc sec , avec une très bonne tenue , genre Iroulégui du pays Basque .

    ou alors un vin rosé un peu corsé , comme un Tavel .
