    mitral regugitation: left side.-

pulmonary hypertension: the pulmonary hypertension causes right side failure but not viceversa, the same with sistemic hypertension.-myocardial infarction: both.-

    sleep apnea: left side.-

    aortic stenosis: non

    COPD: right side.-

    Both

MI (depending on where the damage is but mostly is left-sided)

    Right sided

    Pulm HTN

    Sleep Apnea

    COPD

    Left sided

    MR

    HTN

    AS

Anything increasing the pulmonary blood pressure will cause right sided failure. Additionally many things on that list can cause left sided diastolic dysfunction which is just as serious and can be equally debilitating as systolic dysfunction.
