NO WHERE, thank the constitution. People have a right to some privacy and there are specific reasons and times their privacy may be breached. I'm thankful that not just any clown with a computer can look at all my information... yet.

I've been doing background checks and records searches online for years, as it is part of my business. I am a former detective, and currently a professional private investigator by trade. What I can tell you is this: You cannot obtain these records for free. You simply cannot. For every service provided online, there is typically either a one time cost, or a fee you pay every single month. Some services are better than others.

Some more expensive, some less. In my line of work, I am signed up for a service where I am billed monthly. However, if you are just the average person needing information on a particular person or property, I would suggest http://www.echeck.pcti-system.com/ ... For a one time fee, they are by far the best, cheapest, and most thorough service available. If you are strictly in business like myself, and don't mind being billed automatically every single month, I would recommend E-Verify or Inteligator.

there are no PAY or FREE sites that will give you a full background.this information is not accessable by the public. these sites give you very generalized info that you yourself can find.police can not just run a criminal history. they have to fill out forms to get permission.i just a example earlier and i will do it one more time. i was working off duty at a major department store. when i entered the store i saw a lady in the jewelry department that looked very familiar.then i remembered who she was. a few months earlier she was working for the county hospital as a pharmacy clerk. she was inside the pharmacy.she was caught stealing cases of drug and giving them to her son to sell.i went in the lost prevention office and ask the head guy what he knew about her.they used both free and pay sites to check on new employees. they checked all these sites and she was clear. i told him about her. she was called to the office and denied everything until i walked in. she then admitted it and was fired.

this is what kind of info that will never be on these sites.the only place to get a true background is from a police department.if you go to a police station they will not allow you to ask any of these type questions about another person.you can only ask about yourself.

You cannot perform a full background check on someone without their written consent, whether or not they have been in jail. I used to work at Experian doing background checks and referrals and this is illegal if you do.

No one is going to do that much work for nothing. That's a lot of work. Would you do it for somebody for nothing?

Your best bet is to google them and see what comes up.
