Hello i have a 42 inch AKAI widescreen?

And for some reason when i watch movies that are widescreen at the bottom in the black area there's green shadow looking things up top and bottom but more on the bottom what could this be .

    These sets were not very good when brand new. Which is sad since Akai was so good at previous electronics. Your set is dying. This is how they die; a little at a time. The service call is $125 if he has the part. But no one stocks Akai parts so you will pay $400 and it does not come with a warranty. They replace the board (CPU)..
