sorry, but it sounds like she had a "chemical pregnancy" which is another term for an early miscarriage... if she had a period that was 11 days late, followed by two positive HPTs, followed by very heavy bleeding, then it was definitely a miscarriage. We women tend to stress out when it comes to things like pregnancy and getting married. If she took the HPTs and they BECAME positive after the ten minutes, that does NOT necessarily mean she was ever pregnant. Lots of women think that because the test goes from negative to positive after the window of time that they are pregnant when they really aren't. All the stress could be messing with her normal period and could cause it to come very late or not at all. Now if the HPT's were positive right away, then she probably did conceive and maybe had a very early miscarriage. Um, it's normal to be up to 2 weeks late. Stress, your diet, schedule change ect... can all throw your period off.

A positive result on MOST HPT AFTER 10 minutes is called an EVAP LINE. They give you a time limit. Any results after 3-5 minutes are concidered invalid.

I would say she isn't pregnant, but I'm not a doctor.

I know that right before my wedding my periods were irregular. My diet changed (trying to loose weight) and there is always alot of stress. The positve lines you say could be whats called "evaporation" lines. it happens usually on cheap tests. An evaporation line develops when the urine on the test area begins to dry, leaving a faint line. She could go to the dr and have a blood test done to check everything out, but I would say things are fine

I was very regular 30 to 34 cycle. I try hard TTC that it mess my cycle. I was late for one month. I thought I was preg, test keep coming back neg. I was just stress. So, it could be related to stress.. and also the faint line could be just evaporation. I get them a lot.

O Girls cna be late for alot of reasosn stress weather and otehr thinsg just casue she si late has no reason if she has started she si ok. Soemtiems we go a month with no period. and after ten miutes thatais a faslepositive ok. clam dow you'll be fine

Could be a early miscarriage many people have them and dont even know it. However...stress can be a big factor in missing a period.
