My son can't use his Mii online when playing Mario Kart, but my daughter can...What's the difference?
My son can use his Mii when he plays against the computer on Mario Kart, but when he tried to use it online it says this Mii can not work online...but my daughter's Mii works online??? What's the difference???
FYI: My son is only 4 and his Mii name is his real name (nothing offensive)...
right now he uses his sisters Mii to beat-up on people online LOL...if only they knew they were losing to a 4-year-old :)

He didn't unlock the mii.
You must unlock it to use it.
Apparently your daughter already did.
It has nothing to do with age, people.

Your son's Miii probably has an "inappropriate" or "offensive" name such as Adolf Hitler. Change its name to Adolf H. and you will be fine.

Well if he put in his birth day then maybe it's ageafied if your daughter is older then that might be the case.
