starter or battery problems? plz help?

So I have a car. Battery is charged. Starter is fine wires rewired. Still the car won't turn on. Lights won't come on but the alarm keeps turning on and off. Any ideas?

    Sounds like a loose connection. Check your battery cables.

    Take out your battery and bring it to your local Auto-zone, they can check the voltage. You might need a new one. Charging it doesn't mean you're good to go. Or get a loaner, install it and crank the starter. If it doesn't turn, your starter needs a replacement as well assuming the electricals are OK.

    it sounds like there is a short in the alarm wiring. and if it is that good luck finding that.

    Dead cell in the battery.
