What's a Liquid with High Boiling Point but non-toxic and doesn't expand much?

Does anyone know of a liquid that meets the above requirements. By high boiling point I mean around 300F and expands very very little up until it reaches that boiling point. Preferable it is cheap too. Water is not a good idea because of the boiling point.

Not sure about their thermal expansion, but glycerin and propylene glycol are both non toxic, cheap, and have high boiling points. They are kind of viscous though...
