Has anyone heard of Arkansas Travler boat co.?

I am trying to find info on the history of a boat I Own. Would like to know how long they were in business and how many boats they built. All I know is they were located in Little Rock Ark.

Yes, it was located in North Little Rock (ARK) for a few years, in the 1950's and 1960's. It build Aluminum Boats. I don't know how many total but at one time it was building two-hundred or more a year. At that time it was a 14' runabout. Had a windsheld, and stearing. I knew the son of the owner, who lived in "Lakewood" and we went out in one of these boats on "lake #1". Most boats back then were powered by 40HP outboards and many were wood. Fiberglass was just beginning to be used. I hope this helps. Good luck!

In addition to richard c, arkansas traveler went on to build fiberglass runabouts, not sure if they used the same factory. Here is a link for some history.
