You have not described your PC. My laptop comes with a built-in mousing interface (both a flat pad and a pencil-eraser type). I can add a USB mouse that will also work. So the answer to the "hook up" question is YES.
Now, using two at the same time is another matter. There is typically only a single cursor displayed that is controlled by a mouse interface. How is that going to work?
You are consider buying another (a second) mouse. If you have a laptop, I would recommend it. Decent corded optical mice are cheap - about $10.

You could plug in 2 usb mice no problem but if you move both mice at the same time they will just fight with each other. The cursor will not be properly controllable.

This would not work since your computer will only recognize 1 mouse and the other won't work.

they'll wrestle once they meet one yet another, extraordinarily if one is a diverse length. identity bypass with the others utilizing chop up cage technique. oh, and if u do get yet another gerbil, make positive u get one which's on my own. we tried to get one from a clutter of two tiny gerbils, and she or he kept crying, so we had to get her sister too and shop them both in a separate cage from our first gerbil. we ending up preserving the first gerbil and putting the different 2 up for adoption. our first gerbil seems nice without anybody and receives alongside with us people great.
