What is the alcohol content in my bottle of vodka in freezer...?
I have about 10oz of vodka in my freezer. Its like a syrup now, im thinking cause the water has frozen to the bottle? So i was wondering what the percentage of the vodka is now that it has been in the freezer for a couple days. Is it more than 40% which is what the label says?

What you described is technically called freeze distillation. I know that you can get up to around the mid-30%ABV range from freeze distillation. (You could start with homemade wine or beer and then freeze distill it).
But, vodka is 40% and will not freeze. Like you noticed, it gets thicker, but its still a liquid. If you could remove some solids from the bottle -- that would be water. In that case, yes, the liquid is higher than 40% ABV. But if its just thick then you have thick vodka at 40%ABV, which is what you should have. Your freezer is set too cold if your vodka gets ice crystals, or someone stole your vodka and added water to the bottle!

Whatever is on the label. A lot of the alcohol hides within the water molecules. The alcohol molecule is smaller the the water molecule. But you are not going to change the alcohol content in the bottle.
