I think you should wear a short dress with leggings and boots, and you can put a chain belt over the dress if you want too.

This month is for Halloween and Goth things.
If u consider chain belts as Goth things, wear it!!!!!!
and also, chain belts (in my opinion) are fall fashion!!!!!!!
