Should I face my fear?
I'm terrified of sharks. Sometimes even in my house. So far, watching documentary's on sharks has seemed to make it worse. People have been telling me to even get in the water with reef sharks, but if documentary's scare me, will this not? So, will it work?

Many of us are afraid of sharks, you aren't the only odd person. You used a term terrified...as if you have been attacked by them in some points of your life ? If you are terrified of them just avoid them by not going into the deep sea waters, just stay where it is safe. Not all of us have to overcome severe fear of wild unpredictable creatures. I would not watch the documentaries either. I don't watch every scary movie on TV, for I select them to suit my taste and so on. Life offers enough unavoidable dangerous
situations as is. Why add more unnecessarily. Agreed ?

Wow! That would take me a ton of courage to be able to do that. No offense LOL seriousely no offense here, but it's a bit rediculous to be afraid of sharks in your house. They can't live without being in water. But I have to admitt I do sshare the same fear. I used to be afraid to get out of my bed bc I thought a shark or snake was just waiting for my foot to hit the ground so they could get me! Silly I know! Having fears is totally normal. You usually just grow out of them. But if you think your ready, go for it!! Hope I helped!

I believe some fears are justified and keep you alive
You should do it for the experience not to just get rid of your fear.
