How come so many Democrats are voting for McCain?

Far more new voters have registered as Democrats that will vote for Obama than existing ones whom will vote for McCain. No Republican could ever be elected president without receiving lots of votes from Democrats and Independents.

I personally only know 2 people voting for McCain and those are my grandparents, other than that everyone else regardless of whether they are Republican or Democrat are all voting for Obama! But I do believe that if that was even a little bit true than it may have to do with ignorance and race. Check out youtube there are plenty of dumb hillbillies( Im talking about genuine hillbillies not just regular country folk!LOL) who really think he is muslim because of his middle name!

Well it has already been said that 30% of democrats are racists. Maybe they are going to join the rest of their kind like they did when the dixiecrats joined the Republicans, but realisticaly speaking, its probably the Republicans who registered as Democrat to try and help the person they viewed as the weakest candidate win the Democrat primaries.

Because it seems to me that the republican party is really playing into the heart of the democrats. They are focusing on certain things that normally a democrat would want. For example, the taboo is that democrats are middle class citizens and can't afford paying more taxes. So the Republican party is really playing off the no more taxes thing. When Obama wants to increase taxes to make more programs available to help the middle class.
