Power windows do not use a relay - the switch in the door is a reversing polairity switch, here is how to diagnose it:

Remove the Door Panel and disconnect the electrical connecter at / near the window lift motor. Using a test light test both harness terminals – one should light with the switch in the UP position, the other should light with the switch in the Down position. If it passes this test connect the test light between the two terminals (use a piece of wire between the test light clamp and the second terminal) the light should light for both Up and Down. If it passes these tests the motor is bad. If it fails any of these tests and the other windows work properly, repeat these tests right at the back of the switch, at the center pair of switch terminals, if it fails there it is the switch. if it passes that test, the problem is a broken wire or loose connecter – most likely cause a broken wire in the flexible boot between the body and the door. If no windows work check for power and ground at the switch and pursue the open ground or lack of power issue.

Behind LH Side Of I/P, Above Fuse Panel, the lb/bk wire at the switch supplies power from the relay, fuse #6 powers the relay and fuse #12 is for the windows.
