Windows Media Player stopped working.?
I was not aware that it wasn't working until I received e-mails with attachments that required it. I can't play my music either. I have checked the control panel, and it is still there...just won't work. Any suggestions short of taking it to the Geek Squad?

Uninstall/roll back and reinstall MP via update.
or
Get rid of any codecs the email installed by rolling back window to before you got the emails. (if it's a really old roll back point, you may not want to do this.)
