amazon fish tank help?
well i was think of getting a fish tank and makeing it like the amazon river i was going to the plants and fish that live in the amazon river for my lfs and i was going to have a pelco or otos for it but i was woundering what kind of fish tank plants can i put in a 46 gallon tank just tell me what kinds of fish plz

There is a great amazon biotope guide. All of those plants they recommend should be nice. As for fish, maybe a school of silver dollars. They're really neat in an amazon biotope, since they look like piranhas. Angelfish would be nice too, and if you can get some full grown tetras, they shouldn't get eaten by the angels.

5-7 on inch fish and a maintainch fish possibly 8 or nine if u have excellent filtration and its a 10 gallon long
