I think it could be, a lot of people could be sitting on the sidelines seeing which direction the economy is going. And there is the fear of the increase in Capital gains tax!

It's because the government is printing money as fast as it can and dumping it into the economy. The inflation will soon be overwhelming if government spending doesn't stop.
