It's completely safe to dye your hair during pregnancy at any time. The only thing is you want to be sure you're in a well-ventilated area (meaning: lots of space and air), so that you don't directly breathe into the chemicals of the dye. That's why it CAN be unsafe during pregnancy, but as long as you're in a big place (such as a salon), you should be fine.
Not all women actually get sick from pregnancy -- my mom didn't, and I haven't either so far. However, we have both felt dizzy and nauseas as well. As for eating more / eating less, it's usually in the 1st trimester when you eat less, but it really depends on the woman. Some women feel sick throughout the whole pregnancy which definitely causes them to eat less. However, once some women get to the 2nd or 3rd trimester, that's when all the cravings and wanting to eat more kicks in.

First of all, congratulations. I am four months pregnant and dyed my hair during the first trimester after consulting with my doctor first. She said that it was fine as long as it is in a well-ventilated area. But check with your doctor before making any decisions. Also, every women is different as far as symptoms go. The dizziness and nausea you are feeling sounds like morning sickness, even without the vomiting. And yes, it is absolutely normal not to eat as much. Some women just feel too sick to eat, especially during the first trimester. Usually, your appetite will improve during the second trimester. Take care!

I think dying your hair is fine. Call and ask your salon. If it weren't safe, they wouldn't do it. Also not everyone eats more during their pregnancy! I barely ate in early pregnancy(I never vomited)!
