If a plane from Iraq crashes on the Canada/USA border?

and all the passengers were Mexican citizens, where would the survivors be buried?

    But since they are mexican citizens they are probably illegal immigrants so since they is no record of them existing in iraq or USA/canada did they really ever board the plane. Think about that.
